Solow Terms of Use

The Portuguese version governs in case of conflict.

1. Who we are

Solow is a service provided by SOLOW LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ 61.879.800/0001-19, with registered office at Avenida Pref. Osmar Cunha, 416, Cond. Koerich, Apt. Sl. 1108, Quadra 0000, Centro, CEP 88015-100, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil ("Solow", "we"). Contact: [email protected].

By using the service you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Solow is a subscription that connects AI applications compatible with the MCP protocol (such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor) to public Brazilian market data: quotes, financial statements, ratios, payouts, corporate actions, company and fund filings, Brazilian REIT (FII) data, news and macroeconomic indicators, sourced from B3, CVM, the Central Bank of Brazil and other public sources.

The service consists of (a) the server at mcp.solow.app, (b) the website solow.app and (c) the sign-in and payment pages. The AI application you use is not part of the service and is governed by its own provider's terms.

3. Solow provides data, not investment advice

Solow provides data, not investment advice. Nothing in the service is securities research, investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. SOLOW LTDA is not a securities analyst or investment adviser registered with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), and does not provide services regulated by CVM Resolutions 19/2021 and 20/2021, nor is it registered with any securities regulator in your jurisdiction.

The answers you read are generated by the AI application you chose, using the data Solow supplies. Solow does not control how the model interprets, summarizes or combines that data. Language models make mistakes, including when reading correct data.

Every investment decision is yours and your sole responsibility.

4. Sources, freshness and accuracy

Data comes from public sources and is processed by PARTNR LTDA ("Partnr"), our data provider. We make reasonable efforts to keep it correct and current, but:

  • quotes are delayed and not real time;
  • statements and ratios depend on what companies and funds file with CVM and B3, and may contain errors at the source;
  • data may be incomplete, outdated or temporarily unavailable.

Each data point carries its reference date whenever possible. Check the date before relying on a number.

5. Account

To use the service you provide an email address and confirm it with a code sent to that address. There is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email. An account is personal and non-transferable; do not share access.

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

6. Plans, prices and payment

Plans, limits and prices are listed at solow.app/en/pricing. Prices in Brazilian reais include applicable taxes. Prices in other currencies may have local taxes added by the payment processor at checkout.

Billing is monthly and recurring, on the day matching your first subscription, until you cancel. Payments are processed by:

  • Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe"), for card payments outside Brazil;
  • Asaas Gestão Financeira Instituição de Pagamento S.A. ("Asaas"), for payments in Brazil by Pix, Pix Automático and card.

Solow never receives or stores card data.

Each plan includes a monthly number of queries. A query is one call that your AI application makes to the Solow server. A single question from you can produce more than one query. The counter resets each monthly cycle. Unused queries do not carry over. When you reach the limit, the service tells you the renewal date and the next plan up, and resumes on the next cycle.

We may change prices and limits with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from the first renewal after the notice period.

7. Trial

Before subscribing, you may make a limited number of queries (stated on the website) to evaluate the service. The trial is not a plan, does not renew and may be changed or ended at any time.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in the chat (subscription management tool) or from your account link. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid.

7-day withdrawal. Under Brazilian consumer law (Consumer Defense Code, art. 49) you may withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days of your first payment, without giving a reason. We refund the full amount by the original payment method, within the processor's timeframe (typically up to 10 business days for cards). To withdraw, ask in the chat or write to [email protected]. If the consumer law of your country gives you a longer withdrawal period, that period applies.

After 7 days. Monthly renewals are non-refundable.

9. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal purposes and for your own work. You may not:

  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the data in bulk, or use the service to feed another product or API;
  • circumvent query limits, share accounts or automate calls outside the normal flow of an AI application;
  • attempt to access data, tools or plans not included in your subscription;
  • use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation or regulated advisory services without the required registration.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where possible.

10. Intellectual property

The Solow brand, website, server and texts belong to SOLOW LTDA. Raw data is in the public domain or belongs to its sources (B3, CVM, BCB, issuers); the compilation and standardization belong to Partnr. These Terms transfer no rights beyond the permitted use above.

11. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without a guarantee of continuous availability. We may interrupt the service for maintenance or for causes outside our control (data sources, cloud providers, payment processors). solow.app/status shows the current state.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived, SOLOW LTDA is not liable for:

  • investment decisions made on the basis of the service, or financial losses arising from them;
  • errors, delays or omissions in source data or in the interpretation made by the AI application;
  • unavailability of third parties (AI applications, payment processors, infrastructure providers).

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

13. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 15 days in advance. Using the service after the effective date means acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before the next renewal.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For consumer relationships, the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
